I met Jon a couple of years ago and was immediately impressed with the way he listens to what people are saying; a rare trait today! The websites he has worked on a stunning and so it was a simple choice when it came to updating my website.Jon has a system for creating websites and he and his team follow the steps. The end result is a stunning website and happy clients.Every step of the way I felt I was in "good hand". The team at Five by Five are professional and they know what they are doing.The original price seemed quite a lot of money to me at the time. These guys are not cheap.Now that my site is complete I know exactly where the value is.A calm team of professionals who respond to every question as if I was their only client. Nothing was too much trouble. Every time I asked about some thing it was responded with positive approach. Carla project manages with a truly caring approach, explaining and helping to understand the tricky bits. Sam's design is where the magic is.When I fell behind one of my deadlines they said "Take care of yourself and we'll get it all back on track as soon as everyone is ready" If you want a professional team to build you a stunning and fully functional website, Jon and the team at Five by Five are for you!Thank you for my new website.

5 stars for 5x5 seems quite fitting, though I would give 6 stars if I could! Jon, Carla and the rest of the 5x5 team have made the usually arduous task of creating a new website not just painless, but enjoyable. The whole team is professional and knowledgeable, they have excellent communication skills and were quick to turn around any request we threw at them. They also nailed the design of the new website on the first go, which was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend these guys for any and all web design needs. I worked with Five by Five over a couple of months to build a new website for Chief Maker. They were just superb on every level. Never missed a meeting, had the smoothest go-lives every time and communicated with a clarity I've never experienced in tech projects. And the site looked incredible and worked seamlessly. Working with the whole team at Five by Five, especially our project manager Carla, was a breeze. Super helpful, full of great ideas and really on the ball. We had a big project which had lots of moving parts and they were on top of everything the whole way through. This is our one year anniversary of our website and while it's taken us a year (our fault!) to write this review, it says a lot that a year on, we still are so very grateful to 5x5 for helping us bring our website to life. As designers ourselves, we had a clear vision for how we wanted our website to look and behave. After comparing 3 web agencies across the country, it was Jon who won us over by video calling us to introduce himself in person and really listening to our needs.
